To protect against accidental overload, a manual reset is built-in, while its 250 lb. / hour capacity lets you keep up with busy hours and high demand. The whole unit is built in a compact footprint with seamless construction for easy cleaning, and its rubber feet prevent movement while in use. A knife, product tray, 1/4" plate, 5/16" plate, and plastic food pusher are included.
